The Pac-Tech Haul
In 2018 the privately owned Con-Tech Manufacturing, decided to expand its product line and create the Pac-Tech Refuse Division. Con-Tech Manufacturing was established in 2006 by owners Dan Welsh and Grant McNeilus, focusing on concrete mixers and replacement parts. Since the company began, their mission has been to serve the industry with the highest level of quality and service while supplying the very best products.
